Cancellation Policy

Must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • Same day cancellation or no- call no-shows may be charged 100% of the service total and result in a ban from future bookings. - Late Policy • You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is applied. • More than 20 minutes late without communication = appointment canceled & half payment will be charged. - Reschedules • One-time reschedules are allowed if requested 24+ hours in advance. • Rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead will be treated as a cancellation unless due to emergencies. - Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits go toward your final balance. • Missed appointments = deposit forfeited. - Emergency Cancellations I understand life happens! If you have a true emergency, communicate with me as soon as possible — exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
